1.   Requirements
1.1        When can I place an order?
Our service is exclusively for Eurowings flight passengers. You may therefore only place orders in the Wingsshop if you have a valid Eurowings flight ticket and a shipping address within Germany. The Wingsshop is available to you from the day of your booking until your date of departure. The flight must not be more than 90 days in the future. You also have to be of legal age. In case of bookings of all-inclusive or packaged tours and travels please notice that we cannot offer you our services.

1.2        How much can I order?
You may order only in household quantities. If you place several orders between booking and departure date, the limit applies for all orders together. You may only order 3 units of the same article, this limit does not apply to any Eurowings-products.

1.3        How often can I place orders?
As long as you have a valid flight ticket, you may place orders as often as you want until the day of departure. However, limits on quantities apply (see 1.2)

1.4        May I place orders for other people?
You may only order from the Wingsshop for your own requirements and in your own name.

1.5        Do I have to pay duty on the ordered goods?
No, we have already paid duty and tax on all goods.

1.6        Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity or value. However, we charge a flat shipping fee of 3.90 EUR for orders worth less than 50 EUR.

2.1    Can I order as a guest?
A guest order is not possible in the Wingsshop.

2.2    Does my place of residence have to be in Germany?
No, your invoice address can be abroad. However, the delivery can only be made to addresses in Germany.

3.   Order
3.1    What do I need for the order?
You need the flight number and the booking code of your flight. You can find both on your booking confirmation. The flight number consists of an abbreviation for the airline and several numbers, e.g. EW17. Your booking code, sometimes referred to as reservation number or similar, is a six-character combination of letters and numbers, e.g. A3EW21. The name on the ticket must be identical with your user name.

3.2    How is my flight data checked?
If you place an order on the Wingsshop-website, we transmit your flight data and your name to the Eurowings GmbH for comparison. When Eurowings confirms us that you own a valid flight-ticket, you are able to proceed with your order. We do not receive any information on your flight data, merely a confirmation that the data submitted by you is stored in the Eurowings reservation system. The Eurowings GmbH only uses your submitted data to confirm your eligibility to use the Wingsshop and does not store any further information on you or your order.

You may only pay your order in Euro.

4.3    What does the delivery cost?
For orders with a total value of less than 50 EUR, we charge a dispatch fee of 3.90 EUR. By order value 50 EUR, your shipment is free of charge.

4.4    How and where do I receive an invoice?
You receive your invoice by e-mail.

Our shipments are delivered by DHL.
